Set in the iconic former headquarters of the Holland-America Line on Rotterdam’s vibrant Kop van Zuid, this landmark once marked the beginning of countless journeys to North America in search of a better life.

Arrival: 6 PM - Reception in Blauwe Zaal with cocktails, beer, wine, and passed hors d'oeuvres
Dinner: 7 PM to 10 PM in Tuschinski Room

MENU:
Appetizer:
Carpaccio (Grana Padano, arugula, green peppercorn mayonnaise, toasted seeds)

Main Course:

• Braised beef (Seasonal vegetables, gremolata, red wine sauce)
• Grilled salmon (Hollandaise sauce)
• Juicy Marbles (Plant-based tournedos, seasonal vegetables, gremolata, red wine sauce)

Dessert:
Seasonal Fruit Bombe

Please advise AIMU in advance of any special dietary needs or food allergies.

Fee: $170 per person, includes open bar (wine, beer, and limited cocktail selections), passed hors d’oeuvres, 3-course dinner, and coffee/tea.

Deadline: Please register as soon as possible. Venue has not given us a firm deadline but ideally want an accurate count by September 10th.
